SEPTA Network is designed to be a resource and support for Parents and Teachers of Special Education children for Connecticut towns including (but not limited to) Stratford, Milford, Trumbull, Shelton and West Haven. SEPTA Network is based in Milford, Connecticut and is a member of the National PTA Organization with a dedicated focus on advancing the quality and delivery of Special Education services in our public schools.
